When you contact Property Assistant, a Project manager will be in touch to arrange an initial consultation where we will go through our ‘client specific requirement checklist’. We will ask you about the maintenance issues you come up against on a daily basis so we can understand your needs and adapt our service to your requirements. Just as you are a personal property/facility manger for your buildings we are your personal maintenance manager for those buildings.
