Whether you’re a Property manager, building manager or owner we’re the solution to your daily maintenance concerns. From the basement to the roof, plumbing to electrics and everything in between; we really are your one stop maintenance shop. Also, when you have one of our personal project managers on your side you really can rely on us to provide a streamlined and straightforward solution with little hassle.

Our previous work has included but is not limited to – full building reclads, retail store fitouts, complete re roofs and roof repairs, interior/exterior painting, developing preventative maintenance plans and ongoing weekly/monthly gardening contracts.

As an active property investor Dave could see the importance of good building management and ongoing maintenance. After a period working as a building manager in commercial and body corporate, Dave could see a huge necessity within the industry for a reliable, affordable and effective building maintenance provider. Within Property Assistant, one of Dave’s driving factors is to reduce the amount of time property managers spend managing maintenance issues on a day to day basis. Dave prides himself in taking the workload off his client’s hands so they can focus on other aspects of their property management role.

Che, has 20 years building maintenance experience, he is a skilled painter and plasterer. Che is a hard worker, loves to learn and upskill, has a high standard of workmanship and prides himself with client communication.
